Terms and conditions
1. Reservations & Seating
1.1 Booking Policy – Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or in person. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
1.2 Holding Time – We will hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. Late arrivals may result in forfeited reservations.
1.3 Large Parties – Groups of 6 or more may be required to provide a deposit.
1.4 Table Requests – We try our best to accommodate special seating requests, but we cannot guarantee specific tables.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
2.1 Standard Cancellations – Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
2.2 No-Show Fee – Guests who fail to show up without prior cancellation may be subject to a no-show fee or restricted from future bookings.
2.3 Late Modifications – Changes to reservation times are subject to availability.
3. Dining Policies
3.1 Dress Code – We encourage smart casual or upscale attire. Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests who do not adhere to the dress code.
3.2 Outside Food & Drinks – No outside food or beverages are allowed unless pre-approved for special occasions.
3.3 Allergies & Dietary Restrictions – We accommodate dietary needs whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
3.4 Service Charge – A 20% gratuity may be added to parties of 6 or more.
4. Live Entertainment & Events
4.1 Live Music & DJ Performances – V’s Paradise offers live saxophone and DJ entertainment on select nights. Showtimes and performers are subject to change.
4.2 Noise Levels – While we provide an enjoyable music experience, we maintain reasonable volume levels for an upscale dining atmosphere.
4.3 Photography & Videos – Guests may take photos for personal use. Professional photography or videography requires management approval.
5. Payment & Billing
5.1 Accepted Payments – We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments. Personal checks are not accepted.
5.2 Splitting Bills – We allow a maximum of 3 split payments per table.
5.3 Refunds – All sales are final. Refunds or adjustments are only considered in case of service errors.
6. Liability & Conduct
6.1 Guest Responsibility – Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. V’s Paradise is not liable for lost or stolen items.
6.2 Damage to Property – Guests will be held liable for any damages caused to restaurant property due to negligence or misconduct.
6.3 Right to Refuse Service – We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest displaying disorderly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Personal Information – Any personal details provided during reservations will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Marketing Communications – By providing your contact details, you agree to receive promotional offers from V’s Paradise. You can opt out at any time.
8. Amendments to Terms
V’s Paradise reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
